With a 6500-seat capacity, the WOW Convention Center is Istanbul's largest congress center with accommodations. There are a total of 34 halls in the WOW Convention Center, which is comprised of two blocks and which can handle all types of organizations such as international and national congresses, meetings, fairs and weddings.

Situated in the WOW Convention Center’s A Block, the 3108 m2 Saffire Hall is the largest hall in Istanbul. There are another six meeting rooms in the same block handle anywhere from 20 to 235 persons.

Situated in the WOW Convention Center’s B Block, the Ruby Hall encompasses a total area of 1200 m2. Possessing a telescopic grandstand system that opens and closes, this hall can handle up to 1000 persons. The other halls situated in B Block vary in size from 70 m2  up to 225 m2. The block also includes a VIP lounge with a relaxation area as well as business and meeting rooms.

With a total 1250-bed capacity, technical infrastructure, airport proximity, meticulous service, custom-made rich menu varieties and complimentary internet connection, as well as a professional and dynamic crew, the WOW Airport Hotel, WOW Istanbul Hotel and WOW Convention Center are where the heart of meeting and congress tourism beats in Istanbul.

WOW Convention Center is an across Atatürk International Airport, which is the most important airport of Istanbul, and is walking distance to Istanbul World Trade Center, Istanbul Fair Center and Expo Center where important exhibitions, fair and events are held. The metro station having connection with the city center is located at the garden of the hotel.

Congress
Integrated with 4- and 5-star hotels, the WOW Convention Center serves its guests with 34 meeting halls, an 8500 m2 meeting space and a total 6,500-seat capacity halls in holding their national and international congresses. Situated in the WOW Convention Center A Block, the Saffire Hall is at your service, covering a spacious non-pillar area of 3108 m2, making it the largest hall in Istanbul. It features all types of décor with a technical infrastructure and a successfully applied architecture.

Adjacent  to the main hall, which has a 1260 m2 foyer and can be split into three in 11 different manners, the Onyx, Zircon and Oltu are found in 1-2-3-4 halls. With a telescopic grandstand system, the Ruby multi-purpose meeting hall meets the auditorium requirements in the WOW Convention Center B Block. The sizes of the other halls situated in the block range from 27.5 m2 to 1,200 m2.

Expanding further with a new project, the WOW Istanbul Hotels & Convention Center continues to be the first address for national and international congresses with its technical and architectural features as well as its close proximity to the airport and transportation convenience.

Meeting
For your meetings of various concepts such as dealer meetings, product launchings, press conferences and art events, the WOW Convention Center offers services as the most ideal meeting venue. Ranging in size from 20 m2 to 3108 m2, its halls are ideal to handle all sorts of large or small meetings. Our halls, from which you can hold meetings of different themes, from major vehicle launches to catwalk organizations, are outfitted with all types of technical equipment.

Fair
Situated in the WOW Convention Center A Blok, the Yakut Hall is at your service, covering a spacious non-pillar area of 3108 m2 and a 1260 m2 foyer for your thematic fairs and exhibits.

You can have the wedding organization of your dreams, especially for you. Istanbul Convention Center which is the biggest convention center in Turkey, aims to be the center for conventions and events in any scale, with different sized multipurpose meeting saloons, fair and exhibition areas, besides its 3700-person capacity auditorium. ICC is a cultural and artistic meeting point with its central location in Istanbul.

HALLS

G0
The G0 floor, which you’ll find just after you enter the main entrance of ICC, has a luminous ambiance and a stylish decor, making it ideally suited to launches and other kinds of events.

B1
Foyer : Presents a matchless ambiance that you may prefer for your special events with its spectacular Bosphorus view and extraordinary architecture.
There are halls in different sizes from 45 m2 up to 180 m2 that may provide 6 different usage features in total.

B2
There are 10 rooms in different sizes from 180 m2 up to 1300 m2, which are available to provide alternatives in accordance with events. 3 of our rooms may be separated with special soundproof separators. Also in the foyer area of B2 floor, food & drink offering service for guests is provided.

Harbiye
Harbiye Auditorium may host many different events from histrionics to international congresses, with its sophisticated infrastructure, special acoustic architecture, 620 m2 stage area, 3700-person capacity and 24 simultaneous translation cabinet. Another distinctive characteristic of Harbiye Auditorium is its ability to be separated into different areas with mobile screen system.

Üsküdar Hall
The second biggest meeting hall of Istanbul Convention Center is Üsküdar Hall; it has a 1300 m2 net usage area, 6 meters ceiling height, 8 simultaneous translation rooms and 1200-person capacity in theatre order. Another characteristic of Üsküdar Hall is its ability to be divided into 3 parts and raises its room number inside.

Beyazıt Hall
781 m2 Beyazıt Hall of Istanbul Convention Center, which can be used with different seating orders, may host comfortable meetings with its 600-person capacity in theatre order, 300-person capacity in class order. Besides, Beyazıt Hall provides service with 6 simultaneous translation rooms.

Emirgan Hall
Emirgan Hall may host different organizations with its 774 m2 usage area, 6 meters ceiling height, 600-person capacity in theatre order, 250-person capacity in class order. Another characteristic of Emirgan Hall is its ability to be divided into 2 parts and used in different square meters.

Çamlıca Hall
Çamlıca Hall provides service with a 580 m2 usage area, 4 simultaneous translation rooms, 450-person capacity in theatre order and 280-person capacity in class order.

Beylerbeyi Hall
Beylerbeyi Hall provides service with a 520 m2 usage area, 380-person capacity in theatre order and 300-person capacity in banquet order. The Hall with 4 simultaneous translation rooms may be divided into 2 parts with soundproof separator system.

B3
There are workshop rooms on the B3 floor with a 8000 m2 usage area, that differs from 17 m2 up to 172 m2.

B4 - B5
B4 and B5 floors of ICC, which has the biggest closed fair area in Turkey, with a 14,000 m2 usage area in total and 7.2 m ceiling height, may host many events from vehicle launch to concerts with high level of participation.

B6 - B7:
The large and comfortable car park of Istanbul Congress Center is built on a 32.905 m2 area and it has a capacity of 850 cars. It offers safe service 7 days and 24 hours a week.

Parking
In order to ease traffic density brought along by a Metropolis, ICC provided a facility to its visitors by an underground parking area as a solution to traffic problem. Istanbul Convention Center has a parking area available for 850 vehicles. Besides, there is a parking area for handicapped visitors, which is available for 7 vehicles. We provide 7/24 continuous service to our guests without any parking problem.

Security
Our center is guarded 7 days 24 hours, by a security team who are expert in their subject. At the same time, for the safety of our guests, our building is surrounded by 11 fire escape stairs, 39 emergency exits, fire and smoke sensors that are able to intervene in every floor and every area.

Cleaning
Istanbul Convention Center has world class cleaning standards and 7 days 24 hours cleaning service is provided.

First Aid
Istanbul Convention Center has first aid intervention service for emergency situations. Besides, ICC is a few minutes walk to leading health centers.

Feshane International Fair Congress and Culture Center has all the facilities required for the successful and unforgettable organizations that you will make in Istanbul. Feshane is a place on the coast of the Golden Horn where all kinds of fair, organization, meeting, seminar, concert, gala, party, exhibition and cultural activities can be carried out. Feshane is adding a different color to the Golden Horn with its green areas supported historical structure. Feshane has a special pier opening to the Golden Horn, too. Feshane is built on 56.000 square meters area.

HISTORY

Feshane was built in 1839 with the order of Sultan Abdülmecit I in order to meet the fes and woolen cloth needs of the Ottoman army. Being the first textile institution of our country in the real sense, was one of the first examples of the steel construction building with the columns which were brought in from Belgium and assembled in 1951. Feshane, whose steam operated looms were also brought from abroad, was renewed in 1866 as the most developed textile factory of its time.

The clothes which were knit in Feshane were awarded many golden medals in 1855 Paris International Exhibition, in 1863 Istanbul Exhibition “Sergi-I Umum-I Osmani (General Ottoman Exhibition)” and in 1893 Chicago International Exhibition.

In 1939 the “Feshane Mensucat A.Ş. (Fez Factory Textile Inc.)” with its name at that time, was shot down and changed into Sümerbank Financial Department Factory. In 1986 the 8000 square meter great looming hall of the factory, which was abandoned due to the Golden Horn environmental arrangement works, was restorated staying loyal to the original.

Sultan Mahmut II Hall
4000 square meters utility area, 3000 people in theater arrangement, 2200 people in gala dinner, 3000 people in cocktail, 2800 people in cocktail prolonge, The height of the hall is 5.5 meters, Width between the columns is 5 meters. It has the necessary equipments for fair, concert, gala, seminar and meeting organizations.

Sadabad Hall
330 square meters utility area, 300 people in theater arrangement, 250 people in gala dinner. It has the necessary equipments for fair, concert, gala, seminar, meeting and reception organizations.

Golden Horn Hall
1800 square meters utility area. It has the necessary equipments for fair organizations.

Küçük Bedesten Hall
600 square meters utility area. It has the necessary equipments for fair organizations.

Lale Restaurant
200 square meters utility area. Hall capacity 120 people. It is the hall from which you can receive restaurant service in all your organizations in Feshane.

Opean Area
12.000 square meters utility area. It has the infrastructure to use as an open area fair or for your special receptions. You can take in your visitors and guests from own pier of Feshane comfortably and securely and host them. While Saltanat Boats can be used in order to live nostalgia, all points of Ýstanbul can be reached by sea motors.

GENERAL INFORMATION

General Policy

Before the reservation, all the items on the Feshane International Fair Congress and Culture Center contract should be agreed upon and the prepayment should have been realized.

1) Some services provided during the activity are listed below :
Air conditioning system, air conditioner, General lighting, General cleaning, General announcement system, Phone operator, phone system, internet, Chair, table and tablecloths, Security Service (general door security), Free Parking Cards For the Participators

2) The services which can be requested in addition with the contract :

The Management of Feshane International Fair Congress and Culture Center should be informed of the exact number of guests two workdays before the activity. The scope of the reservation will only be understood with the number of guests and thus the total cost is determined. If the number of participators is less than the number stated at the reservation time, no discount is applied.

If the organization company requests doctor, nurse and ambulance service can be hired during the activity. It is forbidden to hang flags, banners, pendants and posters. Such applications can only be made on the specified area provided that the management gives approval. As it is stated on the contract it is forbidden to glue or nail anything on the doors, walls and ceilings of the halls. More information on how the organizers can use the building is detailed in the contract. The halls cannot be transferred to a third party (person).

Lale Restaurant which has 200 people service capacity is serving under the Management, Feshane International Fair Congress and Culture Center. Lale Restaurant with its comprehensive service from feast to open buffet is an ideal choice for small sized activities as well as international congresses and meetings. No food can be brought from outside in all the activities held in Feshane International Fair Congress and Culture Center.

Sütlüce is a neighborhood in the Beyoğlu district of Istanbul, Turkey, located at the eastern bank of Golden Horn across Eyüp. İstanbul's main slaughterhouse was situated in Sütlüce. The facility, which caused great air and water pollution to the natural environment at Golden Horn, was abandoned in 1984 after 61 years of service. In accordance with the city's urban redevelopment plan and the transformation of the old slaughterhouse into a modern congress complex, Sütlüce became a center of attraction for real estate investors.

Financed by the Metropolitan Municipality of Istanbul, the restoration of the slaughterhouse began in 1998 and the Sütlüce Cultural Center (Turkish: Sütlüce Kültür Merkezi) was opened in 2009. It has a fairground of 9,400 m2 (101,000 sq ft), a quayside of 8,250 m2 (88,800 sq ft) with a green space of 17,000 m2 (180,000 sq ft). The complex comprises a concert hall for 3,000 audience, a theatre for 1,100 guests, three movie theatres having a total capacity of 800 people, 14 work halls and a restaurant for 650 people.

Haliç Building
Comprised of the Haliç Auditorium, Haliç foyer and 12 backstage rooms, the Haliç Building houses the Largest Congress Center Auditorium in İstanbul. Featuring Eyüp, Tophane and Fener auditoriums, as well as the multi-purpose Lale and Mimoza halls, the Pera Building can host a total of 1,200 pax. Constructed with neo-Classic architectural elements of the 1920’s, the two-storey Kuleli Building is an alternative venue featuring a total of 11 meeting rooms which can easily handle all your organizations from a few as 50 and up to 1,000  pax. While the seaside meeting rooms are comprised of Balat (110 pax) and Cibali (150 pax), the landside features the Hasköy (110 pax) and Kasımpaşa (300 pax) meeting rooms whereas the Cibali and Kasımpaşa halls have removable partitions.
